The Bridgeport Field of Dreams Foundation was proud to sponsor, along with the Bridgeport Police Department, the 1st Annual SMALL CITY BIG DREAMS FOOTBALL CAMP over the weekend of June 22nd & 23rd at John Lewis Memorial Field, Harding H.S. The attendees were players from all three Bridgeport public high schools. The camp was overseen by Bridgeport coaches, while Bridgeport officers served as guest field coaches and counselors. Skills and techniques were taught, and the event served as a terrific bonding experience between police officers and the community they serve.
